A. ABOUT COMPANY:

The company is one of the leaders in Government & PSU sector since last 28 Years having major verticals like Civil Engineering, Contractors & Developers; with specialized services for Structural Repairs / Restoration, Waterproofing, Painting, Interiors, Plumbing. The company also undertakes "BOT" Projects i.e. BUILD, OWN & TRANSFER and is in major expansion mode by virtue of having Professional & Technically sound Team.

B. JOB SUMMARY:

The role's Key Objective is

To Effectively Plan and Execute Work at Site as per defined SOP'S, manage client communication and handover the site on or before time, delivering Quality within Budget.

C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic:

Overall Planning and Execution of work from receipt of BOQ to Site completion delivering Quality on Time and Within Budget. To turn clients decisions in our favour & making profitable projects. To Maintain the Quality of work at execution sites

.

Implementation:

To delegate responsibility of work to engineers for proper 45% functioning of site with specified timelines. Finalizing Subcontractors of all works according to BOQ & pre- approved rates without the support of management. Cross Checking Bills prepared by Engineers before sending for final
submission.

To prepare and get approval of extra items from clients. To ensure proper Quality control and reducing material wastage.

Managerial

30%

Contacting client for decision, conveying message, Taking decision from client giving answer to Client/Consultant query, Taking decision for execution of work to Contractor. Sending various reports including targets and bills on time. To send Bills by 15th of every month. To send material reconciliation reports by 25th of every month. Retaining and Upgrading the Team.

Other Task:

Attend Concall on Daily basis 5% Multitasking

D. ATTITUDINAL SKILLS: (Importance - 70%)

E. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: (Importance - 30%)

Very Strong knowledge of Repairs & restoration work. Very good understanding of project cost, excess saving statement, site management and schedule.

E. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Civil Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in managing 2-3 sites.

F. LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Well versed with English, Hindi and any one Indian language
