1 . Senior Project Manager (Dating & RMG Systems)

Role Overview:

You will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. Your primary goal is to oversee the development of a secure, compliant, and highly engaging host-based dating ecosystem where real-money transactions (hosting fees, gifts, and withdrawals) are the core engine.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Roadmap:

Lead the product lifecycle from conceptualizing "host-user" workflows to the final deployment on App/Play Stores.

Economy & Monetization:

Design and oversee the virtual currency ecosystem, ensuring balance between "Gifter" (User) and "Earner" (Host) incentives.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Work with legal teams to ensure the app meets RMG (Real Money Gaming) regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) mandates, and anti-fraud protocols.

Stakeholder Sync:

Coordinate between UI/UX designers, backend developers, and marketing to ensure the "Host Discovery" algorithm drives high conversion.
Required Experience

Industry:

5+ years in Project/Product Management, specifically in

Dating, Live-Streaming (e.g., Bigo, Chamet), or RMG (e.g., Dream11, Poker apps).

Technical Literacy:

Strong understanding of

Wallet Architectures

, Payment Gateway Aggregators (Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree), and WebSockets for real-time interactions.

Analytical Skills:

Experience with A/B testing for user retention and "whale" user monetization strategies.
2. Lead Full-Stack Developer (Security & Real-Time Focus)

Role Overview:

We need a heavyweight developer who can build a bulletproof backend for financial transactions while maintaining a lag-free, "Tinder-style" frontend. You will be responsible for the "Engine" that matches users and processes their money.

Technical Stack Requirements

Backend:

Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Go (Golang) for high-concurrency handling.

Frontend:

React Native or Flutter (for a unified iOS/Android experience).

Real-Time:

Socket.io or WebRTC for instant messaging and host-status updates.

Database:

PostgreSQL (Relational for transactions) + Redis (for real-time caching).

Infrastructure:

Core Technical Responsibilities
