Overview:

Axria is a vertically integrated real estate development firm headquartered in New Jersey. The firm has completed over $1 billion in development value, 100+ projects and has over 50 years of experience across the Mid-Atlantic Region. You will join a vibrant team of over a 100 people working across the real estate development spectrum. The role will be fully remote with occasional trips and conferences.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and technical capabilities to oversee and manage a multidisciplinary team, including a 3D Visualizer, Junior Civil Admin/Coordinator, and Senior CAD Specialist. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on US-based projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver projects efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead, manage, and mentor team members including:

o 3D Visualizer

o Junior Civil Admin/Coordinator

o Senior CAD Specialist

Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of all project components.

Facilitate daily/weekly review meetings and align team members with project goals.

Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and architectural projects according to US standards.

Review drawings, plans, 3D models, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage project schedules, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

Identify project risks and implement corrective measures proactively.

Technical Expertise

Provide guidance on architectural and civil engineering aspects as required.

Review CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and technical submissions for completeness.

Ensure adherence to US building codes, guidelines, and project specifications.

Communication & Reporting

Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and senior management.

Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations.

Address project-related queries and provide timely updates to management.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in project management with exposure to US-based civil/architectural projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred).

Strong understanding of CAD software, 3D visualization tools, and project documentation.

Proven experience handling multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Prior experience working on large-scale multifamily, industrial, office, and retail projects ranging from $10-200 million is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
