Role Overview

We are looking for a

Project Manager

who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for structure, precision, and innovation. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed

project plans

and

project specifications

. Manage multiple projects across different domains and timelines. Conduct

daily/weekly stand-up meetings

and ensure effective communication among team members. Oversee

resource allocation

and

team coordination

to optimize productivity. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies. Prepare and submit

weekly progress reports

to both customers and internal

Heads of Departments (HoDs)

. Ensure

attention to detail

in documentation, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain alignment with company goals, customer expectations, and internal processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

(preferred). MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).

2+ years of experience

in project management or operations. Strong skills in planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Nice to Have

Understanding of

Operational Excellence

principles. Exposure to

Innovation Management

or

Innovation Life Cycle

processes. Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
