This is a
remote role
requiring excellent communication, project management, and technical understanding of Flutter development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Flutter application development projects.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to developers, designers, and QA teams.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
Ensure code quality, app performance, and adherence to best practices.
Support the team with problem-solving and provide technical guidance when needed.
Manage project documentation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Continuously improve project workflows and team efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of overall IT/project management experience
, with at least
2+ years managing Flutter projects
.
Strong understanding of
Flutter & Dart
, mobile development lifecycle, and cross-platform app deployment (Android/iOS).
Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile applications.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote team across different time zones.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Hands-on coding experience with Flutter & Dart (not mandatory, but preferred).
Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Firebase, REST APIs).
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and cloud services.
PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
