Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to manage software/IT service projects from initiation to delivery. The candidate should have experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, client communication, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver

IT projects

Define project scope, timelines, and milestones Allocate tasks to team members and manage day-to-day operations Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and clients Conduct regular project status meetings and reports Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans Ensure quality delivery within agreed deadlines Maintain project documentation and manage project. Act as the

single point of contact

for clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3 to 4 years of

project management experience

in IT services or software development Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Excellent communication and team coordination skills Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred Skills:

Scrum/Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMP - optional but preferred) Experience managing remote/outsourced development teams Understanding of client expectations in US/UK-based projects
