Salary: 60000 to 70000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in real estate development, construction management & Interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor all stages of real estate projects -- planning, design, budgeting, execution, and handover.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, RERA, and other statutory requirements.

Track project progress, control costs, and maintain project timelines.

Prepare detailed project reports and communicate updates to senior management.

Lead project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Resolve site-level challenges and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Required Experience & Skills:

15 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of RERA, tendering, contracts, and vendor management.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
