The Manager Project Execution is responsible for the seamless planning and execution of high-rise residential projects, ensuring adherence to Tejraj Group's quality, timeline, and cost objectives. This role involves meticulous ERP data management, process adherence, resource planning, consultant engagement, and cross-department coordination. Safety, material management, cost optimization, and quality assurance are top priorities, alongside comprehensive documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes overseeing ERP implementation, value engineering, variance monitoring & mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Execute the project plan efficiently, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
2. ERP Data Management
Accurately and timely update project-related data in the ERP system.
Ensure data integrity and leverage ERP tools for project tracking and optimization.
3. Process Adherence & Compliance
Strictly follow company processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with RCC structural drawings, concrete grades, and material quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
4. Resource Planning & Optimization
Strategically allocate manpower, materials, and funds for maximum efficiency.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust to meet project goals.
5. Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
Regularly coordinate with consultants to ensure the smooth flow of work, drawings, decisions, and problem-solving.
Actively participate in consultant meetings to ensure project alignment with architectural and engineering requirements.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions effectively.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
Facilitate smooth coordination between construction, procurement, engineering, and design teams.
Resolve interdepartmental conflicts to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
Implement innovative strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes and strategic improvements.
