Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities from
excavation to possession
Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans
Ensure timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications
Site & Team Management:
Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and liaison teams
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
Quality & Safety:
Ensure construction quality as per standards, drawings, and BOQs
Implement and monitor safety practices at site
Conduct quality inspections and resolve execution issues
Cost & Material Control:
Monitor project budgets and control costs
Approve material requisitions and ensure timely availability
Verify contractor bills, RA bills, and measurements
Contractor & Vendor Management:
Appoint, coordinate, and evaluate contractors and subcontractors
Resolve site-level conflicts and execution challenges
Ensure compliance with contract terms
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure statutory and local authority compliance
Maintain site records, DPRs, and project documentation
Coordinate for inspections, approvals, and handover documentation
Reporting:
Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status reports to management
Highlight risks, delays, and corrective action plans
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
RCC construction, finishing works, and building services
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera (preferred)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
