Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and oversee all aspects of coal handling plant projects, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, including engineering, procurement, commissioning, to ensure seamless execution.

Technical Expertise:

Apply extensive knowledge of coal handling plant equipment, processes, and industry best practices to provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.

Resource Management:

Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and productivity

.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations.

Client Relations:

Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.

Requirements:

10 - 15 Years of relevant experience is required.

CHP experience in mandatory.

Good communication in Bengali is mandatory.

Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical is compulsory.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure. Strong technical knowledge of coal handling plant equipment, processes, and maintenance practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools . Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
