Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of client projects related to display counter production and installation.
Understand project requirements, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and set timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, procurement, and logistics.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Track progress, ensure timely delivery, and manage project budgets and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks or bottlenecks during project execution.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
