The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and completion of civil construction projects within defined timelines, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of civil projects.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material planning.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical details.
Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.
Prepare project reports and update management on status and risks.
Resolve technical and execution challenges on site.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
6 to 10 years of experience in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and project execution.
Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects preferred.
