Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the industrial, residential, and commercial sectors across Pune, Aurangabad, and Latur. The role requires a balanced expertise in both office-based project planning and on-site implementation, ensuring projects meet budgetary, quality, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling

: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, maintaining stringent timelines and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution across all phases.

Quality Assurance

: Implement rigorous quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Budget Management

: Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or safety.

Stakeholder Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication and addressing any project-related issues promptly.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines or budget.

Team Leadership

: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and encouraging the professional development of team members.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 8-12 years of experience in project management within the industrial, residential, or commercial construction sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field. B.Tech/B.E. specialization in Civil is required.

Hybrid Work Capability

: Ability to manage both in-office project planning and on-site operations in a hybrid working model.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Construction Management or related field Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)
