Job Description

Objective - Techno commercial project management of Process Automation projects based on Siemens DCS platform for customers in Chemical Industry (Petrochemical, Bulk Chemical, Fine & Specialty Chemical, Consumer Chemical etc.) Academic Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation stream (which provides knowledge of control systems). Electronics or Electrical stream may be accepted depending on relevant experience and / or aptitude of the candidate Activities to be performed Understanding techno commercial scope of the project and driving delivery of the project scope Leading a virtual (project based) team of professionals (mainly from engineering area) for delivery of the project solution Preparation and regular update / monitoring of project schedule Regular review of project financials and related risk assessment Updation of project status to internal and external stakeholders on regular basis Coordination of procurement and manufacturing activities with SCM and manufacturing teams Continuous monitoring and control of the project deliverables leading customer satisfaction in addition to timely and within budget completion of projects Relevant Experience Around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management for process automation requirements Reasonable amount of experience should be in Process Automation Industry for DCS solutions in Chemical or Pharmaceutical verticals Out of total relevant experience, at least 2 years should be as \'Project Manager\' as per requirements mentioned in this profile Soft skills Good communication skills to be able to interface with customer and coordinate with team High level of result orientation to be able to complete project execution on time Good aptitude, high willingness, and ability to learn due to ever changing skill sets requirement Full / Part time: Full-time
