Key responsibilities

Operational oversight:

Manage all daily plant operations, from production and quality control to maintenance.

Production and performance:

Develop and execute production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and work to improve efficiency and meet production targets.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintenance and planning:

Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate major shutdowns and overhauls.

Team leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees, including conducting performance evaluations.

Budget and financial management:

Manage the plant budget and ensure the plant operates within financial parameters.

Stakeholder communication:

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and generate performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?2,400,000.00 per year
