in handling construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will act as the client's representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end project execution on behalf of the client.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and progress benchmarks are met.
Identify and resolve risks, delays, or conflicts proactively.
Manage project billing, contractor payments, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HSE guidelines.
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8 years of proven experience
in project management, with at least 3+ years in a PMC role.
Strong knowledge of
project planning tools
(MS Project / Primavera).
Demonstrated track record in delivering
commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate fit-out projects
.
Excellent leadership, client-handling, and communication skills.
Knowledge of
contracts (FIDIC, EPC, Turnkey)
and vendor management.
Preferred Skills:
PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
