Job Description

A PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a PEB construction project, from initial planning, design review, and resource allocation to site execution, quality control, and final handover, acting as the key liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to specified standards. Key duties include scheduling, managing logistics (materials, manpower), risk mitigation, cost control, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and resolving technical issues. Core Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and work schedules.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Serve as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth information flow.

Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs, manage expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget.

Quality & Safety:

Implement quality control plans, conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with standards, and enforce safety protocols.

Site Management:

Supervise site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure efficient workforce and material management.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks (design changes, site issues) and develop mitigation strategies.

Document Control:

Manage approvals for drawings (shop drawings), reports, and official documents.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively address challenges and resolve technical complaints from clients and teams.

Reporting:

Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Project Handover:

Ensure proper documentation and handover of the completed project to the client.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
