Job Description

The Project Manager - PEB Structure will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from initiation to completion. The role involves close coordination with design teams, vendors, clients, and on-site execution teams to ensure project milestones are met within budget and time constraints while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Coordinate with design and detailing teams to ensure timely release of drawings. Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and erection activities. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.

Vendor & Client Coordination

Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and quality. Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular progress updates. Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders.

Team Leadership

Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality.

Cost & Resource Management

Monitor project budgets and control costs. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and equipment.

Quality & Safety

Implement safety protocols and ensure zero-incident execution. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct quality inspections and audits at different stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of PEB structures, erection methodologies, and steel construction. Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
