Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a

Project Manager

with strong PEB experience for managing site operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with all stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end site execution for PEB projects. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly site progress against project plans. Prepare detailed project reports including progress, delay analysis, manpower deployment, and resource utilization. Supervise erection, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities. Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and internal teams. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines. Identify site issues and implement corrective measures immediately. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and the HO team. Handle site documentation, project billing, and material reconciliation.

Key Skills:

Expertise in PEB structures and erection techniques. Strong ability to monitor, control, and report project progress. Leadership, team management, and client-handling capabilities. Good technical drawing reading and interpretation skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera preferred).

Pay: ?27,512.85 - ?73,329.40 per month
