Job Description

The PEB Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of Pre-Engineered Building projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. The role demands coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure timely completion, within budget and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Planning & Scheduling:

Prepare project timelines, milestones, and work schedules. Allocate resources and manpower effectively. Review drawings and specifications for execution.

Execution & Monitoring:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure progress as per schedule. Coordinate structural fabrication, dispatch, and erection sequences. Monitor subcontractor performance and site labor productivity. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants. Attend project meetings and present progress reports. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical or logistical issues.

Resource & Budget Management:

Track project costs and control budget overruns. Approve material procurement, invoices, and labor bills.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure implementation of safety standards and site protocols. Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure adherence to specifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain project documentation, records, and reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:



BE/B.TECH/ME/M.TECH

Experience:



7-10 years of experience in managing PEB projects, including fabrication and erection. Hands-on experience with project management tools and ERP systems.

Key Skills:



Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Technical knowledge of PEB structures, fabrication, and erection processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams.
