: Project Manager - Greenfield Manufacturing & PCB Design Projects

Location: Hyderabad (with frequent travel to Sri City, Andhra Pradesh)

Salary: ?9 - 12 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong execution mindset to lead two critical initiatives:
1. Greenfield setup of a manufacturing facility for motors and electronic components
2. Coordination of end-to-end PCB design and development workflows

The ideal candidate should have a background in electronics manufacturing or experience handling greenfield projects. Strong problem-solving abilities and multi-vendor coordination skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:1. Manufacturing Facility Setup (Sri City, AP):

- Oversee planning and execution of a greenfield manufacturing unit focused on motor and component assembly

- Coordinate civil works, machinery procurement, utilities, and production line commissioning

- Liaise with local authorities and consultants for statutory approvals (power, fire, pollution control, etc.)

- Track project progress with defined milestones, budgets, and timelines

- Ensure seamless handover to operations post-commissioning

2. PCB Design Program Management:

- Coordinate PCB development lifecycle - from schematic design to BOM finalization and Gerber file release

- Engage with internal and external design partners to track deliverables

- Work with procurement and suppliers across India, China, and Vietnam for pricing and sampling

- Maintain project dashboards and ensure alignment with cost, quality, and performance standards

3. General Project Management:

- Drive weekly reviews, issue resolution, and status reporting

- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, legal, engineering) and external vendors

- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and implement structured mitigation plans

- Prepare and present updates to founders and senior leadership

Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical (MBA is a plus)

- Experience: 5-10 years in project execution roles, preferably in electronics manufacturing or greenfield setups

- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and cross-functional leadership skills

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines

- Proficient in Excel, project management tools (ClickUp/MS Project), and basic technical documentation

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
