Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Drive project schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments. Monitor scope, budget, timelines, and dependencies using

Jira

. Proactively identify risks and support resolution planning.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain clear and structured documentation including workflows, technical notes, and meeting minutes. Prepare professional project reports and stakeholder updates. Create user documentation, onboarding materials, FAQs, and training resources.

Agile & Tool Management

Configure and manage

Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards

. Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Support teams with Jira onboarding and best practices.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

Work closely with QA teams to track defects and testing progress. Review deliverables for quality standards and escalate deviations when required.

Resource & Team Coordination

Assist in resource planning and task distribution. Monitor workloads and resolve capacity challenges.

Technical Awareness

Familiarity with technologies such as

. Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, structured technical and project materials.

Project Management Tools Expertise

Jira

- Task and sprint management, workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards.

Confluence

- Documentation, knowledge base creation, information organization.

ClickUp / Trello / Asana

- Project tracking, task management, and roadmap planning (experience with any similar tool is a plus).

Notion

- Team collaboration, documentation, and workspace management.

Slack / Microsoft Teams

- Cross-team communication and real-time coordination.

Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite

- Reports, spreadsheets, presentations, documentation.
