Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end projects in the power tools manufacturing industry. The role involves planning, execution, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close manufacturing projectsrelated to power tools and accessories
Coordinate with production, R&D, quality, supply chain, and procurement teams*
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery*
Manage new product development (NPD)and process improvement projects
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards*
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for tooling, components, and machinery
Conduct regular project review meetings and report status to management
Ensure proper project documentation and handover to operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering*
3-5 years experience in manufacturing project management (Power Tools preferred)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly lines*
Experience with ERP, MS Project, or similar project management tools*
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
