PROJECT COORDINATOR - DIGITAL MARKETING
Location: Web Ministers, 8B Industrial Area, Mohali
Shifts: Flexible & Rotational | On-Site | Monday to Friday
Experience: 1-4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily digital marketing tasks across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content teams
Serve as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams
Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines
Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for clients and management
Conduct follow-ups with teams to ensure timely task completion
Document client requirements and support in strategy planning
Monitor workload, prioritize tasks, and resolve coordination-related issues
Requirements:
Strong understanding of basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM preferred)
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy
Proficiency in reporting and basic tools (Excel, Sheets, CRM tools)
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
