Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of digital and product-based projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, development, marketing, and sales Ensure timely delivery and high-quality project outcomes Take ownership of product strategy, planning, and roadmap Collaborate with the marketing team to execute growth and performance campaigns Monitor key project and business KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, etc.) Report project status and revenue performance to senior management Motivate, guide, and manage team members to achieve business goals

Must-Have Skills

5-10 years

of experience in project or product management Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Basic understanding of digital marketing (campaigns, performance metrics, etc.) Ability to manage timelines, resources, and business targets Excellent communication and client-handling skills Familiarity with tools such as

Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, CRM platforms
