About the Role:

We are looking for a

Project Manager with a strong technical background

and hands-on experience in coding to lead multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between management and the development team -- ensuring smooth communication, effective planning, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality outcomes. Translate client requirements into detailed technical tasks and timelines. Review technical documentation, code structure, and project architecture when required. Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies. Manage sprints, conduct daily stand-ups, and track progress through project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana). Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and clients. Continuously optimize workflows and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in software development

(hands-on coding background is a must).

1-2 years of experience in project management

within the IT/software domain. Strong understanding of web and mobile app development cycles, APIs, and deployment processes. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand both business and technical aspects.
