We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Project Manager

with

3+ years of experience in managing IT projects

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading software development, infrastructure, or other technology-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of

IT projects

--from planning to delivery Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Work closely with software developers, QA teams, DevOps, and other IT staff Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies Conduct regular project reviews and ensure clear communication with stakeholders Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage change requests Utilize project management tools such as

JIRA, Trello, MS Project

, or similar

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, specifically in

IT/tech environments

Strong understanding of

Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid

project methodologies Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
