8+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years in test automation leadership.
Role Overview
The QA Automation Lead will oversee the quality assurance strategy for application testing, focusing on test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and test coverage across platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in automation scripting, tools like Selenium or Cypress, and managing QA teams to ensure product reliability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API

platforms.

• Lead the development and execution of test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define acceptance

criteria and testing coverage.

• Track defects and performance issues; ensure root cause analysis and resolution.
• Mentor QA engineers and build a high-performing automation testing team.
• Drive test coverage, scalability, and performance across test suites and environments.
• Report QA metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights.
