We are seeking an experienced

OT Cybersecurity Project Manager

to lead the delivery of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity assessments, implementations, and managed service projects. This role combines deep expertise in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security, emerging standards, and project management best practices with strong leadership and client engagement skills.

You will oversee multimillion-dollar cybersecurity projects, ensure contract and SLA compliance, drive margin improvements, and enhance business value while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a client-facing position requiring collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery & Client Engagement

Lead end-to-end delivery of OT cybersecurity implementation and managed service projects. Drive project delivery planning, contract compliance, and margin improvement initiatives. Ensure operational commitments (SLA, KPI, quality, incident backlogs) are met. Act as the primary point of escalation for stakeholders and senior leadership. Conduct business impact and privacy analyses, prepare remediation plans, and oversee execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and timely resolution of issues. Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with customer leadership. Identify and scope new opportunities within client accounts to drive delivery-led growth.

2. Program & Operations Management

Manage multimillion-dollar cybersecurity project deliveries using Agile methodologies. Conduct regular delivery reviews to ensure compliance with contracts and operational parameters. Coordinate with vendors, OEM partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Track in-flight projects, analyze efforts, and monitor team performance to ensure optimal resource utilization. Support incident, service request, and change management processes.

3. Strategic Planning & Growth

Develop and implement the vision, principles, and strategy for OT security delivery within accounts. Align account strategy and planning with Global Account Executives (GAEs) and business objectives. Influence business impact assessments and privacy analysis, providing actionable recommendations.

4. Team Leadership & Development

Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer priorities and organizational goals. Conduct periodic performance reviews and support employee career development. Develop automated solutions to mitigate risks across client environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Graduate in any field, preferably BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in OT or Cybersecurity Project Management. Proven experience executing multimillion-dollar cybersecurity projects with Agile lifecycle management. Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA/PLC environments and security frameworks (Purdue model, ISA/IEC 62443, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).

Project Management Skills

Strong track record managing complex and large programs/accounts. Customer relationship management, account strategy, and delivery planning expertise. Knowledge of incident, change, and service request management processes.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and executive stakeholders. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced consulting environments with global clients. Collaborative approach with cross-functional and global delivery teams.

Preferred Certifications

PMP or PRINCE2 ITIL Certification ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor CCNA
