Role Overview

We are seeking a

technically savvy, execution-focused Project Manager

who can drive projects

from concept to completion

across

marketing, content, brand development, operations, and technology

.

This role requires

hands-on execution

, strong analytical ability,

brand and visual sensibility

, and comfort working with

digital tools, content platforms, CRM/ERP systems, developers, and vendors

.

This is

not a coordination-only role

. You are expected to deliver

finished, live output

.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Ownership

Own projects

end-to-end

with a completion mindset (not task tracking) Execute discussed plans

without repeated follow-ups or excuses

Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors Set up workflows, test processes, and ensure successful execution Participate in interviews and assist with candidate evaluation when required
2. Brand, Campaign & Content Execution (Core)

Develop and execute

organic marketing campaigns

across brands Demonstrate

strong brand development sense

, visual judgment, and storytelling ability Create, manage, and execute

content calendars

Create and publish content across: LinkedIn Facebook Marketplace & Facebook Groups Instagram TikTok Produce and manage

high-end video assets, imagery, and pictography

Ensure visual consistency and premium brand presentation across channels
3. Marketing Collateral Creation

Create brand-ready collateral including: Pitch decks Flyers Landing pages Emailers Other digital assets Ensure all assets are

polished, on-brand, and execution-ready


4. SEO, Research & Strategy

Execute

SEO thoroughly

(keyword research, on-page, optimization) Study competitors and extract

actionable strategies

Conduct

deep, meaningful research

Translate research into executed campaigns and content Track analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance
5. Data Research & Dataset Preparation

Research online databases to build

complete, usable datasets

Prepare and segment contact lists for outreach Organize data within

CRM and ERP systems

for structured workflows
6. CRM, ERP & Technology Setup

Configure, maintain, and optimize

CRM / ERP platforms

Follow internal documentation and videos accurately Identify and implement automation tools Test widgets, tools, and integrations Work closely with developers to assemble and validate functionality Understand analytics across platforms and provide insights
7. Vendor & Partner Communication

Communicate with vendors via email and phone Gather information, negotiate pricing, and coordinate meetings Manage external service providers and ensure smooth collaboration
8. Amazon & Helium 10 (Preferred)

Experience with

Amazon Seller Central

is a strong plus Familiarity with

Helium 10

tools is highly preferred
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
