Salary Range: 60,000 - 70,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Track project expenses and manage project budgets effectively Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide leadership and direction to project team members

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 10-12 years of experience Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management software/tools
