. You'll lead the support team, manage website-related issues, optimize for search performance, and act as the primary technical contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT/web support operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Communicate directly with clients to manage expectations and provide updates.
Troubleshoot and maintain websites (WordPress, custom builds, hosting).
Implement SEO best practices and perform site audits.
Coordinate with development and marketing teams on website performance.
Requirements:
4+ years in IT or web support, 1+ in a lead/manager role.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, GSC, Ahrefs).
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
