Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver consulting assignments focused on

Operational Efficiency, Process Excellence, and Productivity Improvement

Define consulting objectives and ensure alignment with short-term milestones and long-term business goals Manage, mentor, and guide consulting teams to achieve defined project KPIs Engage directly with

Director/CXO-level clients

to identify operational challenges and design customized solutions Implement process improvement initiatives both

on-site and off-site

Ensure effective

project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

Apply

Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S

, and other continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable results Lead

ERP/SAP/software implementation

projects to optimize operational workflows Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth and continuity

Requirements / Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / MBA

in Operations, Manufacturing, Production, or Consulting 12+ years of relevant experience in

Operations Consulting, Manufacturing, or Process Excellence

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations systems, and strategy execution Hands-on experience with

ERP/SAP or other enterprise software implementations

Expertise in

Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S

, and related methodologies Strong analytical ability to solve complex business problems and design sustainable solutions Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
