Job Description

Minimum Criteria:

- Graduate degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy (RE), Offshore Windfarm, or related large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Should have successfully executed at least 1 full project as a Project Manager from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of offshore wind farm projects.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies for smooth execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore wind farm and renewable energy project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Understanding of HSE practices and international project standards.

Preferred Certifications:

- PMP or PRINCE2 (Project Management Certification).
- Offshore safety training such as BOSIET or GWO.

Salary Range (Monthly):

?3.5 - 5.5 Lakh per month, negotiable based on experience and project portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?3,500,000.00 - ?6,000,000.00 per year
