Qualification
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech

Role Description:Deliver new product, upgrades, refresh meeting QCD targets & Gate adherence Integrated project planning, execute, Monitor & control Facilitate CFT team for achieving project KPI's & conflict resolution Deployment of target cost, quality-RDML targets to system level and part level Prepare management report and escalate issues for resolution Stake holder management of functions like R&D COC, Quality, Production engineering, supply chain, Software development, Marketing & Service Project Budget & Resource estimation, planning and control Adopt digital dashboards for project QCD status and transparency


Functional Competencies:Customer, market understanding, Industry trends & best practices Know-how of EV product Tech, power electronics, electrical system integration software & connected Tech Product and Manufacturing process & supply chain knowledge Project, Product, Program planning & management Problem solving- Six sigma Black/Green belt certification Risk Analysis and mitigation Conflict management
