Job Title: Project Manager (non-IT) Reporting to CEO
Job responsibilities
We are looking for a non-IT strategic thinker to drive end-to-end high-impact research projects and update daily progress to CEO. You'll manage cross-functional teams, ensure project planning and timely execution by effective team coordination, stakeholder management, data analysis, and risk management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience from research or similar industry.

• Engineer from premier institutes like IIT, NIT, VIT, etc.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure work deadlines

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Experience in interaction with senior management

• Managed mid/large scale operations

• Experience in MS Office and Project Management Tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating a detailed project plan including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication plan.

• Building and leading a project team, defining roles and responsibilities.

• Identifying stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing communication with them throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide guidance on survey design (questionnaire preparation)

• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and delivering regular updates on project progress and key findings.

• Monitoring project progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations, and ensuring that the project stays on track. Prepare a progress dashboard for the same to be presented to the CEO periodically.

• Facilitating communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, and ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned and help in resolving conflicts if any.

• Identifying potential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate or avoid them.
