The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient

Project Manager

to lead and support initiatives in enterprise networking and network security. The ideal candidate will manage project lifecycles end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery. The role involves close coordination with engineering, architecture, operations, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple network and network security projects from initiation to closure. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Oversee implementation, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance of network and security infrastructure. Plan and support installations, including after-hours maintenance for critical deployments or outages. Validate and document network configurations in coordination with engineering. Ensure all deployments align with architectural and compliance standards. Maintain documentation such as technical guides and user manuals. Conduct root cause analysis post-incidents and help identify incident trends. Manage procurement, tagging, and logistics of IT/network hardware. Support audit preparations and hardware inventory reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification preferred.

Experience:

+ 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or networking.
+ Experience managing global or enterprise-level projects.

Technical Knowledge:

+ Understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, Switches/Routers).
+ Familiarity with network security concepts and ITIL/ITSM practices.

Strong organizational and project planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. Proficient in documentation and project reporting. Willingness to support projects outside regular business hours as needed. ###
