Role description

UST is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient

Project Manager

to lead and support enterprise

network and network security

initiatives. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and documentation, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple concurrent

network and security infrastructure

projects. Gather business and technical requirements and create detailed project plans. Coordinate implementation, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance of network equipment. Oversee installation and support activities, including after-hours critical deployments. Collaborate with engineering on validating and deploying network configurations. Ensure wired and wireless deployments align with architectural standards. Track and manage IT hardware procurement, inventory, and logistics. Maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation. Support root cause analysis and identify incident trends post-outages. Assist in audit readiness and compliance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications:

PMP preferred.

Experience:

+ 5+ years in IT infrastructure or network project management.
+ Experience in global/enterprise IT environments preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

+ Strong understanding of networking technologies:

LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, Switches, Routers

+ Familiarity with

ITIL/ITSM frameworks

.

Core Skills:

+ Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
+ Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication.
+ Strong reporting and documentation proficiency.
+ Flexibility to work after hours when needed.
