Coordinate design reviews, technical evaluations, and drawings with architects, consultants, and engineers.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
Site & Construction Management
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with engineering design, construction specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure accurate BOQ verification, billing, and certification of contractor invoices.
Track project progress against timelines and budget benchmarks.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
Implement QA/QC practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage risk assessments, safety audits, and method statements (MS) and work permits.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
Conduct progress meetings and present project updates to stakeholders.
Manage procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, negotiations, and approvals.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project progress reports, MIS updates, and documentation of site activities.
Maintain project records, contracts, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and site-related problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred but optional).
7+ years of experience in construction/project management (customize based on level).
Strong knowledge of structural, civil, and construction engineering principles.
Experience working on residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
