We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Project

Manager

to oversee construction project in

Mumbai

. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, ensuring quality control, adhering to timelines, and maintaining budget control while complying with local statutory and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management

Develop and oversee the overall project execution plan. Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with the project team. Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
2. Leadership and Team Coordination

Lead the execution team, including project engineers and supervisors. Resolve conflicts, provide guidance, and ensure team alignment. Monitor team performance and address challenges proactively.
3. Budget Management

Track and control project costs to remain within budget. Approve resource allocation and material requisitions. Review and verify work orders and payment certificates prepared by the QS team.
4. Quality Assurance

Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to standards. Conduct site inspections to verify that work is progressing as per design and quality specifications.
5. Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and senior management. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.
6. Risk Management

Identify potential risks and delays in the project lifecycle. Develop and implement mitigation plans to address issues effectively.
7. Compliance and Documentation

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Maintain organized documentation for all projects, including permits, reports, and approvals. Monitor the execution team's adherence to documentation protocols.
8. Handover and Closeout

Oversee final inspections and approvals before project handover. Ensure all punch-list items are completed to the client's satisfaction. Submit final project reports and documentation for archiving

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in high-rise building projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards. Languages Known: Malayalam, English, Hindi

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
