Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead project execution, manage on-site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and hands-on experience in managing project escalations and operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Project & Site Management
Oversee end-to-end project execution at client sites.
Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-ground challenges proactively.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, guide, and supervise on-site project teams.
Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Mentor team members and support their performance improvement.
3. Client Handling & Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely updates on project progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Handle client queries, concerns, and expectations professionally.
4. Escalations & Issue Resolution
Address project-related escalations and take corrective actions promptly.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.
Ensure all issues are resolved eciently to maintain project quality.
5. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for materials, resources, and scheduling.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for management. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Qualications and Skills:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
Strong understanding of site management and operational coordination.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
Ability to travel to sites as required.
Preferred Qualications
Experience in automation, interiors, construction, IoT, or related project environments (if applicable).
Certication in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) is an added advantage.
