• The Project Manager will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the project, responsible for execution, operations, and implementing standardized processes across all regions.
• The role involves overseeing the entire field/operations team, ensuring day-to-day performance aligns with agreed KPIs nationwide by maintaining operational efficiency
• A key responsibility includes driving field execution and adherence to best practices to enhance advocacy for the clients product portfolio.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews using digitized dashboards to keep operations on track.
• Ensure seamless channel and client management by fostering strong and effective relationships.
• Maintain 100% staffing levels by minimizing employee turnover and ensuring timely backfills for vacant positions within the defined turnaround time.
• Act as the SPOC between organisation and the client team.
• Provide transition status updates to all stakeholders.
• Regularly engage with the client team SPOC to share operational feedback and insights.
• Collaborate with support functions to ensure the necessary resources and assistance are available for the field team to achieve KPIs.
• Organize performance review meetings with the client team as per the agreed frequency.
• Conduct regular market visits with Assistant Field Managers and Supervisors to enhance performance standards
