Job Location: Indore (On-site)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master who can take end-to-end ownership of a project starting with requirement analysis, managing backlog, create sprint plans, manage releases and work closely with the development teams to complete the project end to end

Key Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for customers. Ensure project commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met. Confidently manage communication with USA-based customers. Own the release plan; coordinate timelines, scope, and readiness with customers. Drive internal alignment for smooth and predictable releases. Work with engineering teams to define sprints, WBS, tasks, and priorities. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams. Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear functional specs/user stories. Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.

Skills & Experience

6-10 years of experience in IT project or delivery management. Strong communication and customer-handling skills, especially with US clients. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and WBS creation. Ability to work efficiently with global, cross-functional teams. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. good to have - data engineering skills, programming, knowledge of python

Nice To Have

Experience with data engineering or cloud projects. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for project tracking. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM is a plus). Exposure to QA processes and release coordination.
