Project Manager - Digital Amigos (Indore)

Digital Amigos is looking for a responsible and organized

Project Manager

to oversee projects, manage internal workflows and ensure timely delivery of all creative and digital marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will coordinate between teams, track project progress, and ensure that client expectations are met with high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Oversee and manage multiple projects across design, development, SEO, social media, and video production teams. Break down client requirements into clear tasks and assign them to relevant team members. Create project timelines, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain daily coordination between content, design, development, and marketing teams.

Task & Workflow Management

Track task progress using project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion, etc.). Ensure each team member clearly understands their tasks and deadlines. Identify delays, bottlenecks, or issues and resolve them promptly. Maintain organized project documentation and workflow reports.

Client Communication & Delivery

Communicate project updates, milestones, and timelines to clients when required. Ensure work delivered meets the client's expectations and follows brand guidelines. Handle follow-ups and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Coordinate revisions, feedback, and final approvals.

Quality Control

Review designs, videos, ads, websites, and other deliverables before client submission. Maintain a high standard of quality across all projects. Ensure consistency in brand communication and output quality.

Team Collaboration

Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Arrange internal review meetings for project updates. Support the team by removing obstacles and ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain a positive and productive working environment.

Qualifications & Skills

1-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing activities such as SEO, social media, web development, and creative production. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience using project or task management tools. Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines effectively.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
(Preferred but not mandatory for skilled candidates)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
