Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a construction project manager to oversee and supervise all activities of the construction project from start to finish. You will be required to coordinate with other employees and personnel on the project requirements and ensure they are delivered on time. You are responsible for the smooth functioning of this construction project and its successful delivery.

Hands-on experience in overseeing the construction project from start to finish. Learning how to organize, multitask and manage time. Learn on the job regarding the best practices in construction and architecture. Exposure to the construction industry and its various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise the construction project from start to finish. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements. Network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignments. Ensure permits and licenses are obtained and maintained in order. Recruit personnel and contractors for the project as per requirements. Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to personnel and ensure they are carried out. Monitor the performance of personnel on site and provide directions and feedback as and when required. Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results. Address any grievance of personnel. Report any discrepancies to superiors and implement effective and timely solutions. Ensure all legal, health and safety regulations are being followed throughout the project.

Requirements

Bachelors in engineering, building sciences or relevant subjects. Project management professional certification or any equivalent qualification is an added bonus. Team player and collaborative nature. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong multitasking, time management and organisational skills. Excellent knowledge of building permits, legal requirements and construction procedures. Well versed with construction and project management software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
