Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement state-level strategies to scale EdTech programs in alignment with national goals. Ensure timely and effective execution of ongoing educational interventions and projects. Track performance metrics (KPIs) and manage on-ground quality assurance.

2. Government & Partner Liaison

Engage with State Education Department officials, District Collectors, school administrations, CSR partners, and NGOs. Build long-term partnerships with government bodies to integrate programs into public education systems. Represent the organization at key policy and education forums within the state.

3. Team Leadership & Operations

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing state team including program managers, field officers, and coordinators. Conduct regular reviews, manage workflows, and drive performance-based culture. Set up and optimize state operations, logistics, and resource planning.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting

Ensure high-quality data collection, monitoring, and impact reporting. Collaborate with the central M&E team to track state outcomes and document success stories. Prepare periodic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Compliance & Finance Management

Oversee fund utilization at the state level ensuring transparency and efficiency. Ensure program compliance with local laws, FCRA/CSR norms, and Section 8 company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Education, Social Work, Management, or Public Policy. 7-12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or program management role in the development/EdTech sector. Proven experience in stakeholder management with government or CSR partners. Strong team management and cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in program planning, budgeting, and impact evaluation. Comfortable with data tools (Excel, MIS dashboards) and digital learning platforms.
