Job Summary
Yogesh Enterprises is seeking a seasoned
Project Manager
with strong experience in
high-rise residential projects
, excellent
technical expertise
, and working knowledge of
ERP systems
. The role involves complete ownership of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and seamless coordination across departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of
high-rise residential projects
from planning to handover
Prepare and monitor detailed
project schedules, budgets, and cash flows
Coordinate with a
rchitects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors
Ensure compliance with approved
drawings, technical specifications, and safety norms
Monitor
site execution, quality control, and productivity
on a day-to-day basis
Use
ERP systems
for project planning, material management, billing, and reporting
Track
BOQs, RA bills, vendor payments, and cost variances through ERP
Handle statutory approvals, inspections, and documentation
Conduct regular site meetings and present progress reports to management
Identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions
Technical & ERP Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge of RCC, formwork systems, high-rise construction methods
In-depth understanding of MEP coordination in high-rise buildings
Expertise in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and service drawings
Working knowledge of
Construction ERP software
(billing, procurement, inventory, MIS)
Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliances
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera; AutoCAD preferred
Qualifications
BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Project Management certification will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
10-12 years of experience in
high-rise residential projects
Hands-on site execution and strong technical decision-making ability
Experience in ERP-based project controls and reporting
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Result-oriented with high accountability and ownership

Compensation
Best in the industry, commensurate with experience and skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
