Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a background in Interior Design to join our interior design and construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interior fit-out and construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage interior design and construction projects from design development to final handover Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans Supervise site execution to ensure designs are implemented as per drawings and specifications Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance Handle client communication, meetings, approvals, and reporting Review drawings, BOQs, material selections, and shop drawings Manage procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers Resolve site issues, design conflicts, and execution challenges Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (mandatory) Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design and/or construction projects Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and construction processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
