Key Responsibilities:

The Electrical Head oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems at constructions residential and commercial buildings. This role involves coordinating a team to ensure electrical projects are completed efficiently, safely,and in compliance with regulatory standards. By managing resources, timelines, and budgets, the Electrical Head ensures that electrical supply & installations are conducted with precision. To develop and enforce safety protocols for electrical work, conducting regular safety meetings and drills to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. Overall checking of Project work flow and RA (Running Account) Bills, along with measurement sheets, and abstracts and other relevant documentations. Checking billing departmental work of Generating accurate formats for electrical material billing, rate analysis, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. Handling variation statements, labour bills, and ensuring proper documentation. Ensuring the billing dept.Working with measurement sheets, maintaining detailed and up-to-date billing records by the billing team. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring timely submission of bills and other relevance related to projects. To Coordinate with other department Engineers, Vendor Engineers and supervisors to ensure electrical projects align with overall project timelines and objectives. To Implement quality control procedures for electrical works to ensure high standards are met and maintained throughout all stages of projects. Meeting with Vendor Engineers and project coordinators for various site issues and ensuring the resolutions with smoothly working

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in electrical billing. Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Team Leadership, Construction Regulations, Budget Management, Risk Assessment, Quality Control, Communication Skills, Strong understanding of billing departmental work of RA bills, measurement sheets, abstracts, variation statements, and labour bills, labour, supervisor team management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle high-pressure tasks and meet deadlines All types of Drawings and detailed working for BOQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
