Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project planning and execution Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors Monitoring construction progress, timelines, and costs Managing approvals, compliance, and documentation Ensuring quality, safety, and statutory norms are met Handling risk management and issue resolution Reporting project status to management and stakeholders
Required Skills

Strong project planning and coordination skills Knowledge of construction methods and real estate processes Budgeting, cost control, and contract management Communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with local regulations and approvals
Typical Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management MBA or PMP certification (preferred) 5-15 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
